it's been long since i typed some meaningful thoughts here because i always forgot all of them after i thought through them.

anyway, i'm just needing an outlet from all the stress i'm getting from politics within my project group. yes, damn it, there's politics WITHIN a project group. isn't our aim to achieve a damn good project? seems like there are people our there who wanted to achieve things without us. and sure he is good at it.

there's P. he's damn good at certain things i would say. but he's taking things way too far. he's good and he's making it a point to be acknowledged all the time. it's like, within a report, any idea with a slight contribution by him, it must be noted down. he's good but he's stubborn. he's good with equation but he just don't get it when i told him with REAL LIFE EXPERIENCE, things he thought would happen wouldn't happen. whatever the notes say, he forced us to follow, although it is totally out of point because it is not the same topic. it is just SIMILAR. damn it.

there's M. he's smart and creative. and he is domineering as well. he wants it his way means his ways. doesn't matter if my idea is more efficient than his. and the most sick thing is, when concrete proof is starting to show that my idea is better, and votes are on my favour, he turned the table around by asking me in front of the whole group why did i insist to have his idea. hai.

i think i just want to drop out of all these politics. let them fight. i just want to get the project over and done with. how much of a group dynamic is there when in a single email to a group, there are so many EXTRA LARGE CAPS requesting for acknowledgement. so now we are having a better idea and the 2 of them are realising it. they are not going to go without a fight. in the email now, they are stating in caps that they are the person in charge and we should not meddle with their stuff and complicate the project. but in the first place, they are the one who refused to take in the idea. their very exact words were "if you think your idea works, prove it to me" and so we did. and so now we are at fault. damn it. i bet they will make that idea theirs.

whatever. childish juveniles.
